This project involved devising a new album concept and design, along with merchandise, tour assets, and social media. I chose Delaney Davidson, an alt-country musician from New Zealand, celebrated for his unique stage presence and fusion of gothic folk-noir and blues. The final designs drew inspiration from vintage sign writing and the maximalist details of old advertisements, storybooks and hand lettering. Incorporating hand drawn layered borders, ornate type, and swooshes/flourishes.
